Customisable Photoshop Templates for Social Media & Digital Advertising

What we need:

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a set of bespoke, reusable Photoshop templates for our marketing agency.

We manage social media and paid advertising for a range of clients across different industries, and we want to develop a flexible library of professionally designed templates that our internal team can easily customise and reuse.

The key requirement is that the finished templates must be fully editable by our team. We need to be able to change imagery, headings, copy, statistics, calls to action and other elements ourselves without needing to return to the designer for every post.

We are initially looking for a small selection of flexible templates rather than a large volume of designs. The templates should provide different layouts and approaches so that our social content does not look repetitive.

Potential template types could include:

- Standard social media posts
- Educational/informational content
- Statistics and data-led posts
- Product-focused posts
- Industry tips or insights
- Promotional posts
- Different social media formats
- Paid social advertising graphics

There may also be scope to develop additional ad templates and platform-specific designs as the relationship develops.

What we're looking for:

The designer should have a strong understanding of social media design and digital advertising, rather than simply creating attractive static graphics.

The templates need to be:

- Bespoke and professionally designed
- Flexible enough to work across different industries and clients
- Easy for a non-designer to customise
- Supplied as fully editable Photoshop/PSD files
- Set up with clearly organised layers
- Designed so imagery and text can be replaced without disrupting the overall layout
- Suitable for ongoing repurposing rather than being designed for one specific campaign

We can provide examples of our existing social media content and the types of clients and industries we work with to give you a better understanding of the variety required.

Potential for ongoing work:

This is intended to be the start of a longer-term freelance relationship, rather than a one-off project.

We have a number of clients requiring ongoing social media and advertising content, so if the initial project is successful, there could be regular opportunities for further template development, ad graphics and other design work.

We would therefore be interested in working with someone who can become a reliable extension of our team and who understands the importance of creating designs that are both visually strong and practical for ongoing use.
