Customer Testimonial Video Coordinator

We are producing a new infomercial for an existing, and successful pain relief product, and need a detail-oriented coordinator who can take the database of existing customers, and help us find the best 20 to 25 users to participate in the infomercial.

Scope of work
From the existing databased of product users, you will reach out and locate enthusiastic customers, confirm their willingness to record, pre-interview them and work with the show director and client to make the final decision on whom to film. Once that is completed you will manage scheduling the talent and should be available to make sure that talent is prepared and ready to be filmed, either remotely (using their own phone cameras), or in person if they are near our production locations of Utah, Arizona and Southern California.

We would like to start the project by the end of August and anticipate 2 months to finalize the interview subject list. Production will be over the course of 1 month. This is a freelance project so you may do work on other projects as long as our milestones and performance are met.
