Position Overview:
We are hiring independent Customer Service Representatives to support clients in various industries, including retail, travel, utilities, and healthcare. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Previous customer service, call center, or remote support experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work
Computer with Windows 10 or 11, reliable internet, USB headset, and a quiet workspace
Must be comfortable completing unpaid client certification programs (typically 2–4 weeks)
