Looking for a Freelance Customer Relationship & Operations Executive
Brand: Nushka by Radhika
Location: Preferably Delhi NCR
Engagement: part time/full time with potential for a long-term association.
Nushka by Radhika is a growing homegrown skincare brand, and I’m looking for someone organised and proactive to help manage customer relationships and day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain customer databases and purchase records.
• Follow up with exhibition customers and existing buyers to encourage repeat orders.
• Manage orders coming through WhatsApp, Instagram, our website, and resellers.
• Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain order trackers and coordinate with resellers across cities.
• Provide regular updates on orders, payments, and customer follow-ups.
What I’m looking for:
Someone with strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, and experience in e-commerce operations or customer relationship management.
