Customer Data Entry in Excel

I have a set of digital files—mostly CSVs with a few PDFs—that contain customer contact details alongside their purchase history. I need everything transferred accurately into a single, well-structured Excel workbook so the information is immediately usable for reporting and future analysis.

You will receive:
• CSV exports with column headers already present
• Scanned-to-PDF purchase summaries for a smaller subset of customers

Your task is to consolidate the data, check for duplicates, and ensure consistent formatting (names, phone numbers, dates, currency values). Please organise the finished workbook with one sheet for Contact Details and another for Purchase History, linking customers by a common identifier so look-ups and pivot tables work without extra tweaks.

Deliverables
• Excel file (.xlsx) containing the two clean, complete sheets
• A short changelog noting any records you had to correct or could not match

I’ll be on hand to answer questions quickly and will review the file by sampling random rows, matching totals against the source documents, and confirming that look-ups function as expected. Once the checks pass, the project is done.
