Custom WordPress Blog Build

I’m setting up a brand-new WordPress blog and need a developer who can take it from zero to launch. The site must revolve around a sleek, fully responsive custom theme that matches my branding and keeps page-load times low. A working comment section is essential so readers can engage straight away, and I’d like solid on-page SEO baked in from day one—think clean permalinks, meta data ready for editing, image alt tags in place, and any lightweight plugin configuration necessary to support those basics.

Please develop everything on a staging environment, give me a chance to review, then handle the migration to my live domain.
