Custom Vehicle Import Website

I operate an international used-car dealership that specialises in sourcing vehicles abroad and bringing them into my clients’ hands. The site I need is not a traditional “cars-for-sale” catalogue; its primary purpose is to let visitors request a specific vehicle for import.
The key interaction will be a streamlined request form. Customers must be able to specify the make, model, year and budget they have in mind, add preferred countries of origin and shipping destinations, and refine their wish list with fuel type, gearbox, colour or any other feature that matters to them. Once submitted, the information should reach me instantly by email (and, if feasible, feed straight into a basic CRM or spreadsheet) so I can begin sourcing without delay.
Because I import from several countries and deliver only to selected destinations, the site should communicate that flexibility clearly—perhaps with a dynamic map, concise explanatory copy and a section for recent success stories. A clean, responsive design is essential; most of my clients browse on phones while comparing options.
Deliverables
• Fully responsive website built on a platform that allows easy content updates (WordPress, Webflow or similar)
• Custom request form capturing all fields mentioned above, with backend email/CRM integration
• Basic pages: Home, How It Works, Request a Vehicle, About, Contact
• Simple SEO setup and performance optimisation so the site loads quickly for international visitors
On completion I’ll test the request workflow, check mobile responsiveness and verify page-load speeds. When everything passes, we’re good to launch.
