I have a complete set of drawings for a bespoke TV wall that blends sleek plywood cabinetry with open shelving and integrated lighting in the base units. Your task is to turn those plans into a flawlessly finished, built-in feature and fit it neatly on site.
Scope
• Manufacture the entire unit in plywood, matching every dimension and joint shown on the drawings.
• Build the base cabinets with the specified integrated LED lighting solution wired and ready to plug in.
• Fabricate and fit the open shelves so they sit flush and level with the cabinet faces.
• Deliver, install and finish the piece on site, leaving edges sealed, surfaces smooth and all fixings concealed.
What I need from you
Please tell me:
1. Your labour cost and an estimated timeline from workshop start to final installation.
2. Relevant experience photos or links to previous bespoke TV units or fitted furniture you have made.
3. Any practical observations on the design that could improve fit, stability or finish.
Materials can be supplied or included in your quote; we can discuss that once you have reviewed the plans. The start date is flexible, but I would like to lock in a schedule as soon as we agree on the details.
If you have the cabinetry skills, a sharp eye for detail and a portfolio that proves it, I look forward to hearing how you would deliver this project.
