Project Title: Full-Stack Developer/Agency for Custom Managed Marketplace (3 Portals)

Project Overview:
I am looking to build a custom "Managed Agency Platform" (SaaS + Marketplace model). Unlike standard open marketplaces, buyers and freelancers will NEVER interact directly. My company will act as the middleman for order routing, quality control (QA), and escrow payments.

Core Components:

Client Portal (Web & App): Where clients browse services, place orders, make upfront payments, and track one-time orders or active SaaS subscriptions (like managed hosting).

Freelancer Portal (Web): Where approved freelancers view project requirements anonymously, submit internal bids, upload work, and manage their wallet payouts.

Super Admin Panel (Web): The central control room. Admin approves bids, routes projects, performs QA on delivered files, and processes payouts.

Preferred Tech Stack (MERN/PERN):

Frontend: Next.js / React.js (Web) & Flutter (Mobile App)

Backend: Node.js (Express or NestJS) for Microservices & Real-time syncing (Socket.io)

Database: PostgreSQL (Strict relational ledger for finances)

Cloud/Hosting: AWS (EC2, RDS, S3 for files)

Payments: Razorpay/Stripe (with Escrow ledger logic and automated payouts)

Critical Security Requirement (Must Read):
The Admin Panel MUST NOT have a public DNS record. It must be hosted on an AWS Private Subnet (VPC) and accessed exclusively via OpenVPN or AWS Client VPN (Zero public access), similar to enterprise internal networks.
