Custom Incident Board Layout Design

I'm seeking a skilled designer to customize incident and emergency boards for first responders. Most of the design is complete, but I need assistance with custom work.

Customization involves:
- Layout Changes: Rearranging sections, adding/removing sections, adjusting sizes of sections.
- Including information in redesigned sections like checklists and maps.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Experience with layout design and customization
- Attention to detail
- Experience with designing for emergency services or similar fields is a plus
