• Where native GHL steps fall short, you’ll connect outside services via webhooks or the built-in API. I’m flexible on whether that uses Zapier, Make (Integromat), or direct integrations—choose whichever keeps the stack simple and reliable.
• Once everything is wired, you’ll test each path with sample data and screen-record proof that leads move through every stage correctly.
• Finally, supply a concise SOP: screenshots, trigger settings, and any custom code snippets so my team can maintain it long term.

Acceptance criteria
1. End-to-end workflow fires automatically from the defined trigger without manual intervention.
2. All contacts receive the correct tags, stage updates, and communications.
3. No duplicate or missed steps across 50 live test leads.
4. Clear hand-off documentation delivered in PDF/Google Doc format.
