Custom Detailed Resin Figure STL

I’m preparing a 3-part production workflow—resin print → silicone mold → plaster cast—and I need a brand-new 3D model created from scratch to start the chain. The final figure should stand somewhere between 10 cm and 20 cm tall and carry very intricate surface detail; crisp edges, fine textures, and clean undercuts all matter because they will transfer through the mold into plaster.
You’ll receive reference photo the moment we begin. Photo capture the exact pose, proportions, and style I want, so the project is strictly about translating that image into a watertight, print-ready STL. No existing mesh is available, and no scan work is required—pure digital sculpting.
Key expectations
• Sculpt the entire figure in high detail suitable for 4K resin printers (e.g., Elegoo Mars, Anycubic Mono X).
• Ensure the model is manifold, free of non-manifold edges, inverted normals, or floating vertices.
• Add smart keys, drains, or split parts only if they genuinely improve print success; otherwise keep it single-piece.
• Deliver the finished STL plus the original source file (ZBrush, Blender, or equivalent) so I can make minor scale tweaks later.
Acceptance
I’ll test-slice the STL in Lychee/Slicer to confirm no repair flags appear, then run a small 20 mm test section on my printer for surface fidelity. If everything passes, we’re done; if not, one revision round is included.
If you’re comfortable with digital sculpting for collectible figures and know the quirks of resin printing, this should be straightforward. I’m ready to start as soon as I pick the right artist.
