Custom Blockchain Token Creation 10B Supply

I’m ready to launch a brand-new cryptocurrency with a fixed maximum supply of 10 billion coins and I don’t want to piggy-back on Ethereum, BSC or Polkadot—I need an independent chain built from the ground up. The core purpose of the coin is to power smart-contract execution, so the chain architecture, virtual machine and fee model all have to be optimized for that use-case.

What I already have in mind
• Tokenomics: 10 billion total supply, no more, no less.
• A smart-contract–friendly environment that can rival EVM chains in speed and cost.
• Room to evolve into DeFi utilities later on.

Where I need your expertise
I’m looking for end-to-end technical guidance and implementation: choosing or designing the right consensus layer, writing the core node software, creating wallets, block explorer, SDKs and the initial set of smart-contract templates. Security audits, testnet deployment and clear documentation must be part of the hand-over so the community can build with confidence.

Key deliverables (acceptance criteria)
– Mainnet and testnet binaries with source code
– Genesis file reflecting the 10 billion-coin allocation scheme we’ll finalise together
– Command-line and light wallets for Windows, macOS, Linux (mobile optional but welcome)
– Web block explorer connected to both networks
– Developer documentation covering node setup, RPC, and smart-contract development
– Security report on consensus logic and smart-contract engine
