We are a UAE-based automotive business seeking an experienced full-stack developer to build a bespoke back-office Dealer Management System (CRM).
​Core Requirements:
​Inventory & Costing: Track vehicle lifecycles, log preparation expenses, and automatically calculate final landed costs and gross margins.
​Pipeline & Consignment: Manage retail deal stages, reservations, and third-party consignment settlements.
​UAE Financial Compliance: Must include a UAE VAT margin scheme calculator, gap-free sequential invoice generation (with PDF export), and an immutable audit trail.
​Payments & KYC: Track Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs), customer deposits, and securely store KYC document uploads.
​Integrations: Basic metrics dashboard, simple one-way inventory sync to a WordPress site via REST API, and OAuth2 calendar sync (Google/Microsoft).
​Required Tech Stack:
​Frontend: React (v18+) with Tailwind CSS.
​Backend: Node.js serverless functions.
​Database & Auth: Firebase Firestore (NoSQL) and Firebase Auth.
​Security (Critical): Strict server-side execution for all financial calculations, robust Firestore security rules to isolate profit margins by user role, and strict schema validation (e.g., Zod).
