THE ROLE

We are bringing the World’s First Real-Time correction platform to Skill Learning. This is big. There are none today. I have a patent. I’m the founder. You must be hungry like me. This is an equity position. No salary.

On June 6, 2026 I had an idea for an invention and went down into my basement and made sausage. In less than 100 days I created golf Coach Now. The worlds first deterministic ip.
And, I'm a sales guy. (IBM)

The product is 95% finished. And, when shipped will earn subscription revenue. Hopefully within 30 days. Version 2 will bring more revenue. You will share in equity based on milestone delivery.

We are late to market and I need a CTO. A person who will OWN the platform. And, action upon my ideas for product growth and expansion. We are seeking a United States‑based CTO, ideally located in the Eastern region, who is ready to take ownership of the entire technical substrate of Golf Coach Now.

This is a prestige role.
This is a category‑creation role.
This is a long‑term leadership role.

You will:

- Oversee all technology on behalf of the founder
- Finish Version 1 within 30 days
- Deploy Version 2 within 30 days after that
- Own the camera pipeline, analyzer logic, UI, backend, and app store submission
- Stabilize and refine the platform for launch
- Build the future versions of the deterministic IP
- Prepare the company for scale, funding, and eventual public offering

The founder will focus exclusively on:

- vision
- brand
- marketing
- partnerships
- revenue
- growth

You will focus exclusively on:

- technology
- engineering
- architecture
- deployment
- stability
- scale

No drift.
No outsourcing.
No delegation.
You are the owner.

EQUITY STRUCTURE (5% Total, Milestone‑Vested)
You will earn:

- 1% when Version 1 ships
- 2% when Version 2 ships
- 2% after 12 months of stability and growth

Total vested equity: 5%
Equity is non‑transferable, non‑assignable, and non‑inheritable.
Unvested equity is forfeited if you leave.

This is a true ownership role, not revenue share, not commission, not contract work.
