CSR Manager for NGO fund Raising

I need an experienced CSR professional to design and steer our community-engagement strategy with an emphasis on educational programs and coordinated fundraising for our partner NGOs. You will take the lead in turning our broad commitment to social impact into a clear, measurable plan that resonates with local stakeholders and fits seamlessly into our corporate culture.

Your first task will be to map out a year-long program of education-focused initiatives—workshops, mentoring days, school partnerships, or similar activities you feel will create the strongest impact. Alongside this, I expect a fundraising framework that channels employee participation and public outreach into real support for our chosen NGOs. Success will be judged not only by funds raised but also by how effectively we foster lasting relationships within the community.

Key deliverables
