I want to launch a playful yet polished sticker-creation app that works seamlessly on both iOS and Android. The core flow is simple: users browse or search the web, pick an online image, trim it to the perfect outline with a snappy crop tool, layer on text in fun fonts, drop in emojis, and then push the finished sticker straight into the messaging apps they already use.

Scope of work
• Build native or hybrid codebases for iOS and Android from a shared design system.
• Implement online-image import only for this first release.
• Provide fast, touch-friendly editing modules: cropping, text overlay, and emoji placement.
• Package the final artwork into the formats required by major chat apps and trigger sharing through each platform’s native share sheet.
• Design an interface that feels light, colourful, and totally intuitive—think one-handed use, minimal taps, instant visual feedback.

Acceptance criteria
1. A user can import an image from any public URL and see it inside the editor within two seconds on a typical 4G connection.
2. Cropping, text, and emoji edits must apply in real time without visible lag on mid-tier devices from the past three years.
3. Tapping “Share” immediately opens the native share sheet with the sticker selectable in at least WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram, and Messenger.
4. The same code commit builds successfully for both App Store and Play Store test flight tracks.

Hand-off
I expect clean, well-commented source code, a brief setup README, and a short video walkthrough of key flows. If you can also supply basic store-listing assets (icons, screenshots) that would be a bonus, but the primary focus is getting the core experience rock solid.
