Cross-Platform Hospitality Workflow App

I need a single code-base application that runs smoothly on iOS, Android, and the web to streamline how our staff handle Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and other operational paperwork. The user journey is straightforward: a team member uploads or photographs a scanned document, the system applies OCR to pull out every relevant piece of text, numbers, and even embedded images, and then presents a verification screen so the data can be confirmed before it is locked in and routed through our internal workflow.

Core flow
• Capture: camera, drag-and-drop, or file picker for PDFs/JPEGs.
• Extraction: high-accuracy OCR that recognises text, numeric fields, and images.
• Verification: editable review stage with role-based access (submit, verify, approve).
• Export: structured JSON/CSV plus an optional PDF summary sent to email or stored in a folder we specify.

Technical expectations
— Target platforms: iOS, Android, Web (PWA or comparable).
— Framework choices are open (Flutter, React Native, Ionic, etc.) as long as performance and maintainability are solid.
— OCR engine could be Tesseract, Google Vision, Azure Form Recognizer, or a comparable library you have proven success with.
— All source code, build scripts, and deployment instructions must be handed over; I require complete ownership with no licence surprises.
— Fixed-price arrangement with clearly defined milestones is preferred.

Acceptance criteria
1. Upload, OCR, verification, and export must function on iOS 16+, Android 11+, and current desktop browsers.
2. OCR accuracy of at least 95 % on our standard BEO templates.
3. Output conforms exactly to the JSON schema I will supply.
4. Final delivery includes source, documentation, and a short video walkthrough.
