Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced freelancer to complete the one-time setup and configuration of Funnel Traffiq, including CRM, marketing automation, WhatsApp integration, lead management and essential business integrations.
Scope of Work
● CRM Setup: Configure CRM, sales pipelines, lead management, tags, custom fields and dashboards.
● Lead Capture: Set up lead forms, landing pages and automatic lead synchronization.
● WhatsApp API: Integrate WhatsApp Business API, chatbot, automated messages, lead qualification and follow-ups.
● Marketing Automation: Configure CRM workflows, lead nurturing, notifications and automated follow-ups.
● Email Setup: Configure SMTP, business email, templates and email automation.
● Meta Integration: Connect Facebook, Instagram, Meta Lead Ads and auto-replies, where supported.
● Website Integration: Set up website chat widget, domain, DNS and landing page integrations.
● Analytics: Configure Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
● Policy Pages: Create Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions pages using approved content.
● Testing & Handover: Test all integrations, resolve setup issues and provide documentation and a walkthrough.
