Creative Recommendation Letter Writing

I need two recommendation letters (maximum 500 words each) that read like vivid workplace profiles rather than standard references. You’ll receive a detailed brag sheet outlining every point I want covered; your job is to weave those facts into a single, distinctive narrative voice—that of my current employer—complete with invented dialogue, descriptive scene-setting, and the sense of retrospective storytelling.
