Long-Term Travel Content Editor & Content Partner Required
I’m looking for a creative video editor + content strategist for my travel company, for a long-term working relationship.
Mujhe sirf editing karne wala editor nahi chahiye. I want someone who can understand my travel business, suggest content ideas, guide me on what to shoot, and help us grow on Instagram organically.
Your Work Will Include:
Reels/Shorts editing for Instagram & YouTube
Regularly suggest viral/trending content ideas related to travel
Tell me exactly what clips/shots to shoot during trips
(e.g. “ye shot lo, yaha 5 sec video banao, ye angle use karo” ya fur phle se hi script de de ki ye sab krna hai.)
Help plan basic videography for our trips, hotels, destinations, activities etc.
Suggest hooks, scripts, voiceovers, captions & storytelling
Create engaging content that has potential to perform well on Instagram
Properly manage all raw photos/videos/audio date-wise & trip/group-wise
I have 5 TB cloud storage, which I can share with you, so storage will not be an issue.
Keep the entire raw footage and edited content properly organised so nothing gets lost.
Suggest improvements in our overall social media/content strategy.
Be proactive — khud ideas dena, har cheez ke liye instructions ka wait nahi karna.
Long-Term Opportunity
Initially this will be a freelance/remote arrangement.
Budget is flexible around ₹2,000–₹7,000/month, depending on your skills, quality and involvement. If you genuinely put your heart into the work and we see good results, I’m open to increasing the scope/payment and eventually bringing you in-house with our team.
I want someone who wants to grow with the business, not just complete editing tasks.
