We are looking for a digital artist and advanced AI expert (Midjourney v6, Stable Diffusion, ControlNet) with solid post-production skills in Photoshop. The goal is to create from scratch a corporate group photo of a team that does not yet exist, but must look 100% real.
Important note about resources: The image must be generated completely from scratch. We will NOT provide a base photo for you to edit. We will only provide:
1. A "sample" photo for you to understand the composition, structure, and the type of formal pose we are looking for.
2. A "sample" photo of the type of office building in Florida upon which the team should appear (you must generate or provide the final background based on this style).
Exact Image & Composition Requirements:
- Team Composition: 12 to 15 people posing for the camera, organized in at least two rows (the front row kneeling or with one knee on the ground, the back row standing) to ensure all faces are clearly visible.
- Genuine & Varied Gestures: We are looking for an enthusiastic yet natural corporate style. People should have different poses: some with crossed arms, others with their hands in their pockets, and only a few (not all) doing a "thumbs up" gesture. Everyone must look directly at the lens and smile naturally.
- Diversity: Men and women of different ages, races, and physical characteristics to reflect a global, genuine, and modern team.
- Attire & Logo: Everyone must wear the same clothing (t-shirt). The corporate color is purple or dark navy blue; you can choose whichever looks better and integrates more naturally with the composition. Our company logo must be placed in the center of the chest, large enough to be seen with total clarity. We know that pure AI does not generate perfect logos, so we require you to integrate the logo using Photoshop, respecting the wrinkles, the curvature of the body, shadows, and the fabric texture of each person.
Quality Level & Delivery Conditions:
- Zero AI artifacts: The anatomy of all visible hands must be flawless. Teeth, gazes, and hair cannot have deformities. The correction of these "AI errors" (extra fingers, weird eyes, poor background integration) is an inherent obligation of the final delivery and will not be counted as a round of revision.
- Included Revisions: In addition to cleaning up AI errors, the budget must include at least 3 revision rounds to make improvements or slight conceptual modifications at our request.
- Final Deliverables: Final image in High Resolution (suitable for print/web). It is not necessary to deliver the source files (PSD).
Workflow & Deadlines:
- Total Delivery Time: 3 days.
- Mandatory Daily Reports: This work requires constant communication. We require daily progress reports and premise checks (Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3) to review sketches, composition, and progress before the final rendering and cleanup.
