I have a 432-page book that currently exists only as a single PDF. I need it converted into a self-contained, page-flipping application that runs natively on both Windows and macOS with no dependency on a web browser, Acrobat, or an internet connection.

Key points you should know
• Source file: one press-ready PDF (432 pages).
• Target platforms: Windows (.exe) and macOS (.app or .dmg). Both builds must feel and function identically.
• Interactivity: none required—simple, smooth page turns with zoom and basic navigation are enough.
• Branding: use the book’s existing cover for the application splash screen; maintain original fonts and layout fidelity throughout.

Deliverables
1. Windows executable ready for direct distribution.
2. Mac app bundle signed and notarised (to avoid Gatekeeper warnings).
3. An optional folder containing all runtime assets so future revisions can be rebuilt easily.
4. Short README explaining how to update or replace the PDF should the content change.

Acceptance criteria
– Launches instantly on each platform without additional installs.
– Page-flip animation is fluid and supports full-screen reading.
– All 432 pages render pixel-perfect compared with the source PDF.
– Package size remains reasonable for download or USB distribution.

If you rely on tools such as FlipBuilder, Flip PDF, PubHTML5, NW.js, or a custom Electron wrapper, that’s fine; just ensure the final apps are cleanly branded, free of trial watermarks, and royalty-free for unlimited distribution.

Let me know your approach, expected turnaround, and any clarification you may need so we can get started right away. It is fairly urgent, but also simple.
