Create Pixel-Art Animated Cutscene

I need a basic pixel-art animated cutscene based on the provided storyboard/reference image (see attachment).

IMPORTANT: negotiating higher price than your bid will automatically disqualify you. Please carefully set your price.

1. Opening — 6 seconds

* Static camera, relatively close view of the group from behind.
* Two humans are sitting on a hill.
* A kitten and a crab are next to them and make small cheerful jumps, alternating.

2. Slow zoom out — 30 seconds

* Starting second 6, begin a very slow and smooth zoom out.
* Gradually reveal the surrounding hills, coastline and sea like on the storyboard.
* The kitten and crab keep jumping.
* The sun gradually sets

3. Final shot

* Stop at a wide composition like on the storyboard.
* Keep the warm sunset with orange/pink/purple sky.
* Do not transition to night or fade to black (sun/lights remain the same).

After that, I need a seamless loop of the final static wide shot for several minutes, with only the kitten and crab continuing to jump.
