Create Android Macro From Python File

I need an Android macro to send texts in the same way that the attached python file sends out emails.

Here's an explanation in words:

This macro will send a single text message to each cellphone number in a csv file. The file name is contacts.csv. The file will be located in Downloads folder of the Android device.

The texts will be sent at random intervals based on how many texts are being sent and what the time period is within which the texts are to be sent. The first text is sent as soon as the macro is run.

The macro will have a UI with these inputs:

First line number; The line number of the csv file for the first of the numbers where the text is to be sent.

Last line number: The line number of the csv file for the last of the numbers where the text is to be sent.

Send within: The number of minutes following the sending of the first text that the remainder of the texts will be sent.

Randomization means that texts are sent at random intervals according to how many texts have ben selected for sending and how many minutes are allotted for sending them. Randomization does not mean sending texts every X minutes when X = Last line number – First line number / Send within

The macro will have one output display: Last line sent, which corresponds to the line number for the last phone number to which a text has been sent during the Send within period.

If for some reason the text cannot be submitted to a number, the macro would not stop but would proceed to the next number for texting.
