Create a simplest app android and ios app using angular/ionic framework - Quotation Request

I need a simple app. The app should nothing beside redirecting to any external website. example: The user open the app, user will see some website like "google.com" due to redirection. It should be fullscreen and should give a experience like a real app(No browser buttons)

The app should be uploadable without any problem in playstore/appstore. That means no old dependencies.

I also need 10copies of same app for each Mobile OS(Ios and Android). Everything is same in app, also the redirect link is same but just app-name and app-icon is different.

For IOS App, you might need mac book. I am not quite sure though.
