Create 3 AI Files for 3 Cartoon Drawings to be used for Blinds

I need three Adobe Illustrator files for three cartoon drawings.

The illustrations are to be printed on wooden blinds (width per blind 4', height 6'; 1 image per blind - actual size of image will be smaller than the 4' x 6' dimensions).

I have JPG files, but previous attempts at conversions to AI resulted in poor quality. The JPG files are attached for your reference and assessment.

Requirements:
- Create new AI files for each image (total: 3 of such files)
- Follow existing images without modifications
- Match all colors precisely

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with vectorization and color matching

Please provide high-quality, accurate AI files.

Kindly take note that bid to be submitted is for 3 AI files in total and not for 1. Bid is on a fixed price basis. The number of days for completion is for 3 of the said files and once your bid is accepted, is not subject to further discussion/negotiation.
