I need a skilled tender writer to build a complete Request for Proposal for our upcoming catering contract. The finished document should guide potential suppliers through every requirement they must meet and make it simple for my team to evaluate responses side-by-side.
What I will provide:
• Background notes on our organisation, event schedule, expected headcounts and any service preferences.
• Branding assets and basic contractual terms we already use.
What I expect from you:
• A logically structured, supplier-friendly RFP drafted in clear, concise business English.
• Well-defined sections covering company context, detailed service scope, menu and staffing expectations, service level requirements, compliance obligations (food safety, insurance, sustainability) and a transparent response and evaluation format.
• Professional layout in MS Word (editable) plus a clean PDF export.
• Two rounds of revisions so the final version reflects all stakeholder feedback.
Experience writing catering or hospitality tenders—or broader procurement documents—will be a big plus. Familiarity with public sector or corporate procurement standards, weighting matrices and scoring rubrics is highly desirable.
Please outline:
1. Relevant RFPs you have produced.
2. Your typical timeline from kickoff call to final copy.
3. Any questions you need answered before starting.
I’m ready to move quickly once I have the right specialist on board.
