Craft My Project Brief

I have an idea for a new digital product but, before I dive into development, I want a clear, professional brief that lays everything out in plain English. Your job is to speak with me, capture my goals, and turn them into an actionable roadmap that a designer or developer can pick up and run with.

We will start with a discovery call where you ask the right questions about audience, features, content needs, and success metrics. From there, I expect a concise document that covers scope, recommended platforms or tech stacks (for example WordPress, a native Android / iOS app, or a custom build—whichever fits the objectives we discuss), user-flow sketches or lightweight wireframes, and a phased timeline with milestones.

Acceptance criteria
• A structured brief (PDF or Google Doc) that a third-party team can follow without further clarification
• Visual outline of the core screens or pages (hand-drawn or low-fidelity is fine as long as it’s clear)
• A risk and assumptions section so I know where choices may impact cost or time later
