Cpanel SPF & DKIM Setup

I have a cPanel server, and when sending mail to Outlook/Gmail/Hotmail we are getting a 550 email blocked message. I suspect it's due to an outdated SPF DKIM records. So, I need to hire this diagnosed & fixed (by the hour) so my domain can send mail to Outlook / GMail without failing. Right now every outbound message is rejected (I think) because the server cannot find valid authentication; once the SPF and DKIM records are in place I expect normal delivery.

You will:

• Generate a correct SPF & DKIM record that covers Outlook/GMail/Hotmail servers.
• Wait for propagation, test with common tools (e.g., MXToolbox, Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer) and show me the “pass” results.

Completion is accepted when the server can send and receive to and from Outlook / Gmail / hotmail and both records return a “pass” in standard diagnostics.
