Court case: Change detection by SfM after illegal deforestation.

We need help to determine which stumps today on a 6 600 square meter plot were standing trees in 2020, to be used as proof in a comming court case.

We have 80 photos from 2020 taken on the plot on which 100+ trees are seen from two or more angles. These photos are presented together with 80 _new_ photos, shot from the same spots in which the trees now are disappeared and only stumps remains.
Above this, ortographic pics with GCPs will be provided in which any - not totally unreasonable - stump found will be covered with white paper for extra visibility and size comparison.

All this should by Structure from Motion and maybe old school triangulation give scientific proof valid in a court. If interested, you must be able to present your result the way a court expect an expert opinion to be presented. You either have done it before or else you are willing to do your due dilligence to find out how to do it.
