Corporate Event Photography & Livestream

Our upcoming corporate gathering needs a skilled shooter on-site to document the full day. Photography is the immediate priority: candid networking shots, speaker portraits, branded details, and group photos that feel natural yet polished. If you can also spin up a smooth livestream of the keynote and capture some footage for a short highlight reel, that versatility will be a big plus.

I’m after someone who is comfortable in a business setting, works unobtrusively, and can deliver fast. You’ll bring your own full-frame body, fast lenses for low-light conference rooms, off-camera flash, and—if we add streaming—an encoder/ATEM Mini or similar plus reliable wireless audio.

Deliverables
• 150+ edited, high-resolution images (colour-corrected, ready for web and print) within 72 hours
• Same-day hero shot for social media announcements
• Optional: clean livestream feed pushed to YouTube or Zoom, with basic lower-thirds
• Optional: 2-minute recap video, colour-graded, plus royalty-free music licence

Acceptance criteria: images are sharp, well-exposed, free of watermark; audio in the stream is clear; recap video delivered in H.264 1080p.
