One Event Photographer/Videographer for Corporate Event

We are looking for an experienced freelance photographer/videographer to cover a business event at the InterContinental London – The O2 on 9th and 10th September 2026.

Responsibilities include:
- Following our founder naturally through the event, capturing key moments: arrival, registration, networking, interviews, audience shots, candid photos, and general event atmosphere.
- Capturing a mix of professional photos and raw video footage tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, reels, website content, and promotional needs.

Requirements:
- Professional mirrorless camera (preferably Sony), 24–70mm lens or equivalent with wide-angle capability
- Good-quality 4K video equipment with gimbal/stabilization for B-roll coverage
- Wireless microphones for short interviews and a small portable video light if needed
- Flash for quality event photography and sufficient batteries/cards for the day

Important notes:
- No editing is required; all original RAW files (photos/videos/audio) need to be transferred.
- Focus on recognizing crucial moments rather than filming continuously.

Day 1 involves lighter coverage of networking and initial activity; Day 2 focuses on key sessions/individuals as agreed beforehand.
