Our annual company conference runs from 09:00 to 22:00 and I need a skilled photographer who can cover either the full-day programme or, if your schedule is tight, just the evening segment. Please specify which slot you can commit to—full day (13 hrs) or evening only (5 hrs)—and quote your rate accordingly.
Throughout the day you’ll be switching between three key focuses: crisp coverage of sponsor presentations and talks, unobtrusive candid shots that capture interaction and networking energy, and lively images of the evening celebrations. Lighting will change from well-lit conference rooms to atmospheric party settings, so you should be comfortable adapting quickly and using the right on-camera/off-camera flash or available-light techniques to maintain a consistent look.
Final images must be fully edited and delivered via an online gallery—this is our sole delivery method—so please include the platform you use (Pixieset, SmugMug, Dropbox, etc.) and your typical turnaround time.
