Corporate Canteen Data Insight Dashboards

I have several years’ worth of raw data from our corporate canteen operation—sales transactions, production plans, wastage logs and purchasing records—but no coherent way to pull it all together. I need an experienced data-visualisation specialist to transform these spreadsheets and CSV dumps into interactive dashboards that tell me, at a glance, where money is made or lost and how we can boost sales and profit.

Primary objective
The first thing I want the dashboards to achieve is clear, actionable insight into how to improve sales and profit across all canteen locations.

Key performance views I must see
• Sales by canteen location or client
• Profit by menu item or broad food category
• Daily sales mapped against food and staff costs

Scope of work
– Clean, normalise and relate the raw data (sales, production, wastage, purchasing).
– Build intuitive, drill-down dashboards in a modern tool such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio; you may suggest another platform if it suits large datasets and allows forecasting.
– Incorporate trend lines or forecasting models so we can spot seasonality and predict demand.
– Document the data model and provide a quick-start guide so my operations team can refresh the dashboards weekly without your help.

Deliverables
1. A fully functional, shareable dashboard file (or secure cloud workspace link).
2. A brief walkthrough video or live hand-over session.
3. Data-model diagram and refresh instructions.
