Corian Furniture Quantity Takeoff

I have a set of fully detailed drawings and an accompanying Bill of Quantities for a small hospital fit-out and I need an experienced quantity surveyor to extract the exact Corian solid-surface requirements. The scope spans the patient rooms, lobby and operating rooms, and it is limited to the Corian coverings on counters and tables only.

All dimensions, sections and material notes are already shown on the drawings; your task is to read them accurately, apply the project-specific guidelines supplied in the package and return a clear, organised take-off that aligns with the existing BQ format.

Deliverables
• A completed quantity schedule showing total square metres/linear metres (as appropriate) for each counter and table, broken down by room or drawing reference.
• A brief assumptions sheet noting any clarifications made while measuring.
• Mark-ups or highlighted PDFs that demonstrate where each quantity was derived (for easy checking).

Accuracy and consistency with the guideline documents are critical, so please be comfortable working with architectural and joinery drawings and familiar with Corian fabrication norms. If you have recent health-care or joinery take-off experience, mention it when you respond.
