# WordPress LCP, Core Web Vitals and Technical SEO Expert Required

## Payment and Deadline
**Payment will be released only after the current LCP/Core Web Vitals warning has disappeared from Google Search Console and the affected URL group has passed validation.**
All diagnosis, corrections, deployment and initial testing must be completed within a maximum of **seven calendar days** after access is provided.
Google evaluates Core Web Vitals using real-user data collected over a rolling 28-day period. The freelancer must monitor the website and remain available throughout this validation period. Any implementation-related problem preventing successful validation must be corrected without an additional charge.
The project is not complete merely because changes have been implemented or laboratory scores have improved.
## Not a General PageSpeed Project
**This is not a project to increase a generic PageSpeed score. The website has already been optimized.**
We are not looking for work limited to image compression, minification, lazy loading, cache plugins or superficial PageSpeed adjustments. Images should only be modified if testing proves that a specific image or loading configuration directly contributes to the LCP problem.
The assignment is to implement and verify every applicable requirement in this description and the attached diagnosis.
