Core Values Posters & Card Design

Our manufacturing sites need visually striking reminders of the four principles that guide everything we do. Because we produce expanded metal, I want that rugged, latticed aesthetic woven into each piece so the message feels at home on the shop floor as well as in the office corridors.

What I need from you
• Twelve posters in total – three creative variations for each of the four core values. All should share an industrial mood and subtly echo our product’s expanded-metal pattern while staying true to the brand colors I’ll supply.
• A polished, pocket-sized business-card reference that distills those same values for new hires and long-time employees. I have a rough mock-up for layout guidance; your job is to elevate it.

Design guidance
• Overall vibe: Industrial and contemporary, nothing overly corporate or glossy.
• Color palette: Use our exact brand colors (files and HEX codes provided after project start).
• Format: Print-ready PDFs (CMYK, 300 dpi) plus the editable source files (Illustrator, InDesign, or layered PSD—whatever you build in).

Acceptance criteria
1. All posters and the card align with the expanded-metal concept and brand colors.
2. Text, spacing and hierarchy are clear from a distance of at least three meters (posters) and at arm’s length (card).
3. Final files pass a quick pre-press check: correct bleed, margins, font packaging, and linked graphics.
