Copyedit 72k-Word Memoir Manuscript

My 72,000-word non-fiction memoir is complete and almost ready for publication. Before I take it to layout, I want a professional copyedit that tidies up every sentence while preserving my voice.

Scope of work
• Standard copyedit across the full manuscript—grammar, punctuation, word choice, and rhythm.
• A watchful eye on whole-book continuity and timeline consistency so the story never contradicts itself, though I am not looking for a full developmental or structural edit.

Style & file handling
I have no fixed allegiance to Chicago, AP, or any other guide, so please work in the style that best suits trade non-fiction and memoirs. I draft in Microsoft Word and would like the edits returned in two versions: one with Track Changes visible and a clean, final file ready for typesetting. If you do typesetting as well is a bonus. A brief style sheet summarising key decisions (numbers, italics, capitalisation, etc.) will help me maintain consistency in future marketing material.

Timing
Ideally, I’d like the edited manuscript back within three weeks of project start so I can keep my launch schedule on track.
