Copy Type Handwritten Forms into Word

Several batches of handwritten forms and templates need to be turned into clean, fully editable Microsoft Word files. Accuracy is critical—spacing, headings, and any pre-printed labels on the original forms must appear in the typed version exactly as they do on paper, while still allowing me to edit the text later.

You will receive high-resolution scans of each handwritten form. My expectation is that you:

• transcribe every word exactly as written, preserving original line breaks and section order
• reproduce basic layout elements (tables, check boxes, signature lines, etc.) in Word so the document keeps its form-like structure
• proofread your work once before submitting to catch spelling or number transposition errors
• save each file using the naming convention I provide and return them via the agreed cloud folder

The assignment is ideal for someone who types quickly, understands Word’s table and alignment tools, and is comfortable working from sometimes-messy handwriting. Turnaround time is flexible but consistency and reliability matter; if we work well together, there will be ongoing batches.
