I have a collection of PDFs that contain more than ten separate tables, all made up of text-only cells. I need each of those tables extracted and placed into an Excel spreadsheet while keeping the original row and column order intact. No numbers or calculations are involved—just clean, accurately transferred text.
You can use any reliable method or tool you prefer (Adobe Acrobat, Power Query, manual copy-paste, or another extractor), as long as the result in Excel is tidy and free of garbled characters, merged cells, or lost headers.
Deliverables
• One .xlsx file with a separate worksheet for every table, named to match the source PDF page or table title
• All text exactly as it appears in the PDFs, with line breaks preserved inside cells where applicable
• A quick note listing any tables that were illegible or had missing sections (if none, simply confirm all were complete)
I’ll supply the PDFs immediately after award and would like the finished spreadsheet back within two days. Accuracy is more important than speed, so feel free to ask questions if any table layout is unclear.
