Copy PDF Data to Excel

I have a series of PDF files that need to be converted into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The job is purely data entry: lift the information exactly as it appears in each PDF and place it into the correct rows and columns of the spreadsheet I will provide. No analysis or formula building is required—accuracy and consistency are the priorities.

Deliverables
• One Excel file containing all data transcribed from the supplied PDFs
• Formatting that mirrors the original layout where practical (headings, units, dates, etc.)
• A brief note highlighting any illegible sections or discrepancies you encounter

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of the pages covered, with spot-checks matching source values character-for-character
• No missing rows or columns
• File returned in .xlsx format, ready for immediate use

I will share the PDFs and the template as soon as we start, along with a target completion date we can agree on together.
