Copy PDF Contacts to Excel

I have a collection of PDFs that contain names, addresses, phone numbers, and other contact details. I need every one of those fields moved into Excel, but the spreadsheet must mirror the exact layout you see in each original PDF page—same columns, same order, same grouping.

You will receive the PDFs in a single batch. Your end-product is one clean .xlsx file that reproduces the contact sections faithfully so I can filter and search without losing the familiar structure of the documents.

When you apply, focus on any prior data-entry or conversion work that shows you can maintain formatting accuracy from PDF to Excel. A brief note on the tools or techniques you rely on (Adobe Acrobat, Power Query, manual cleanup, etc.) is enough; no lengthy proposal needed.
