Copy-Paste Data From PDFs

I have a collection of PDF documents that now need to be transformed into a neatly organised digital file through simple copy-paste work. Your role will be to open each PDF, capture the exact text I indicate, and paste it into a clean, consistently formatted spreadsheet or document so the information stays perfectly aligned with the source.

Accuracy is the whole point of this job—every character, punctuation mark, and line break must match what appears in the PDF. Please keep an eye out for hidden spaces, encoding quirks, or layout shifts that sometimes creep in when moving content between programs; I want the final file free of those issues.

Speed matters, but not at the expense of precision. I will run a quick spot-check on random entries, and anything that doesn’t mirror the original will be sent back for revision, so double-checking your own work before submission will save us both time.

Deliverable
• A single spreadsheet or document (Excel, Google Sheets, or Word—whichever you prefer) containing the copied data in the same order and structure as the source PDFs.
