Copy Digital Text to Excel

I have several PDF and Word files that contain plain text tables and paragraphs which I need reorganised inside a clean .xlsx workbook. The data must be split across multiple sheets in a logical way—think one sheet per chapter, category, or section header that appears in the original documents. I will provide the source files and let you know the exact sheet names I want; beyond that, your job is to copy every character accurately, preserve basic formatting where it makes sense (dates, currency, percentages), and double-check for typos introduced during the transfer.
