I already have a hand-drawn sketch of my new home and now I need it translated into a professional, printable set of architectural plans. Everything must follow a clean Modern style and be ready for permit submission and on-site construction.

Scope
The final package has to show every room with clear dimensions, an eye for aesthetic detailing, and a coherent flow that matches my sketch. Foundation, plumbing, and electrical layouts all need to be fully engineered, coordinated, and placed on the sheets. A complete roof design is also required so the contractor has no unanswered questions.

Preferred Tools & Format
You are free to work in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or any equivalent BIM/CAD platform—as long as the output arrives as high-resolution PDFs that can be printed on 24" x 36" sheets, plus the original editable files.

Deliverables
• Dimensioned floor plans for each level
• Foundation plan with footings, slabs, and notes
• Plumbing layout showing all fixture runs and risers
• Electrical plan with circuits, outlets, lighting, and panel schedule
• Roof plan in keeping with the Modern aesthetic
• Coordinated elevations and at least two building sections to illustrate critical details

Acceptance Criteria
All drawings must align with the original sketch, adhere to current residential code standards, and be neat enough for immediate submission to my local building department.

If you can take my concept and turn it into a polished construction set, I’m ready to move ahead right away.
