I have a multi-page PDF made up of scanned images of text. I need every bit of content—main text, tables, plus any handwritten notes or stamps—brought into an editable Word (.docx) file.
Accuracy is the priority: the wording itself must match the source exactly, while I can live with small differences in line breaks or spacing. Headings, paragraph structure, and table layout should stay as close to the original as practical so the document still “looks right” at a glance.
Because the file is scanned, you will likely use OCR and then proof-read manually to remove recognition errors before delivering the final .docx. Images can remain as images; the focus is on producing clean, selectable text.
Deliverables
• A fully editable Word (.docx) document containing all text, tables, and handwritten annotations from the PDF.
• Internal check to ensure no words are missing or misspelled.
Please confirm your estimated turnaround time when you respond.
