Convert PDFs to Plain Text

I have a collection of PDF files that need to be turned into clean, error-free plain-text files. The source pages are straightforward prose—no tables, graphs, equations, or other special elements—so the job is purely about accurate transcription.

What I expect:
• One .txt file for every PDF provided, named to match the original.
• All words, punctuation, and line breaks exactly as they appear in the PDFs.
• Proof-read output—spelling and punctuation must mirror the source without added typos.

Once we agree on a start date, I’ll share the full batch of PDFs and any additional file-naming instructions. Please let me know how quickly you can complete an initial sample so we can lock in the timeline for the rest of the documents.
