I have a complete set of housing plans in PDF format that I now need rebuilt in Autodesk Revit. The deliverable should not be a quick trace; I need a clean, well-structured model that shows both interior and exterior detail, ready for coordination and visualization.
Scope of work
• Create a single Revit file (.rvt) from the supplied PDFs, matching every floor, elevation, and section.
• Model walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, stairs, and all visible architectural elements at the level of detail you would expect for presentation renders.
• Place bespoke Revit families for furniture, fixtures, and key architectural elements. I will supply reference imagery and dimensional sketches—please build the families natively so they can be scheduled and modified later.
• Keep the project browser organized with logical views, sheets, and reference levels.
Acceptance criteria
• Geometry aligns to the PDF drawings within typical BIM tolerances.
• Custom families flex correctly and carry basic parameters (type, material, dimensions).
• No unresolved warnings; file opens in Revit 2021 or later without upgrade prompts.
Once the model meets the above checks, export a set of 2D sheets (PDF) so I can verify everything before final sign-off.
