Convert PDF Financial Tables to Sheets

I have several PDFs that contain financial data laid out in large tables running over multiple pages. Your task is to extract every row and column accurately and place them into a clean spreadsheet—Excel or Google Sheets is fine. The key requirement is data integrity: every figure, label, and subtotal must carry over exactly as it appears in the source.

Because the original layout spans consecutive pages, some tables will need to be re-assembled so they read continuously in the sheet. I am not concerned about recreating cell colours, borders, or text styling; plain, well-structured data is what matters here.

Deliverables
• One spreadsheet file with separate tabs (or clearly labelled sections) for each original table.
• All numeric values double-checked against the PDFs.
• No extra formatting beyond basic row and column structure.
